The last photo was after 6 weeks of work, mostly 3-4 times a week. I had been working out for about 6 months prior, but never specifically worked on my abs. Planks, Russian twists, reverse crunches and cardio were my main exercises.
Fortunately for me, I have a naturally small frame so I didn’t have any weight to lose. I had a mostly flat stomach, just no definition or muscle. Basically, it was all just toning.
